Allie Horick is an interdisciplinary artist and educator living in her hometown of Nashville, TN. Her work explores relationships, both familial and ecological, that reveal entanglements between ourselves, others, and the more-than-human world. She is drawn to material as a means of deepening meaning and the materials she uses guide her practice. Her work not only explores loss but is an act of mourning in itself.
